What will you receive in your lettering kit?
One application squeegee : The squeegee is used to apply a firm even pressure on vinyl to help prevent air bubbles, wrinkles and activate the adhesive.
Computer cut vinyl letters, numbers or graphics: Looking closely at the vinyl letters you will see 3 different layers. Top layer is the transfer tape, a low tack masking tape that temporally keeps your cut vinyl letters in proper position. Center layer are the die cut vinyl letters with a pressure activated adhesive on the back side. Bottom layer is a waxy paper backer, it’s purpose is to protect the adhesive from contaminants until applied.

The length of your vinyl boat name depends on your number of characters and choice of font. If you are restricted in length, give us your total length and we can compress your numbers if needed. In extreme cases we may need to change your font to Dom Casual or Flash.

- Squeegee your watercraft registration numbers down with one easy motion, making a fast and precise installation every time.
- Always use a squeegee to apply the vinyl numbers or letters onto your boat or sign surface not your fingers. The squeegee will prevent air bubbles and is needed for the pressure activated adhesive on the backside of your boat numbers.
