Installation
is simple. Just secure the 20 inch ground sleeve with cement, level and
surround with grass, gravel, or bark. The flagpole slips easily into the
sleeve. The locking ground sleeve still allows portability and a protective
cap seals the ground sleeve when the pole is moved.
