You must contact us prior to returning any stock item within 3 business days after receipt and inspection of goods for instructions on the required method of return. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for stock items returned for any reason other then defective or we shipped wrong item to you. Upon inspection, if we determine the item was used, no refund will be issued. Custom or special orders may not be returned for any reason. Your shipping costs will be refunded only if the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
The receiver is responsible for noting any visible
damages on the delivery receipt before deciding to
accept the shipment and signing for it.
This package is fully insured and has been packaged in
accordance with the carriers guidelines.
If the contents of this package are received damaged,
the receiver must report damages to the shipper within
24 hours of signing for the package. Absolutely no
portion can be used or removed from the receivers
location without the explicit consent from the shipper
in writing. If damages are not reported and the
shipper has not provided written consent to use the
contents the claim becomes invalid and you the
receiver are agreeing to accept full responsibility
and will pay for the repair and / or remanufacture of
any damaged portions. No replacement items will be
shipped until damaged items have been returned to our
facility for inspection.
The following steps must be taken to report a valid damage claim.
1) Damage must be reported to the shipper within 24
hours of receipt of package.
2) If you have a digital camera, please take photos of
the damage (from several angles, showing all
damage pieces would be best.), e-mail to shipper
3) Keep package & all packing materials for inspection
in the same box it was received in. Do not throw
4) Do not use any of the package contents. Do not
remove any portion of the package contents from the
receivers location before the required inspection is
made by the carrier. The inspector must see the package
and the contents with the packing materials. In some
cases, the package and contents are returned to the
shipper. If the item is returned to the shipper in a
different package, or does not contain all the original
contents, the claim will be denied and the receiver
accepts full responsibility to pay for any portions
that need to be remade or repaired, including shipping
